The c19th Mill House was the former dairy and has been transformed into a delightful, character holiday cottage with private garden. With fabulous views of the Sweetcombe valley and a four poster bed in the master bedroom, the property can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests.
Boswell Farm is located on the stunning Sweetcombe Valley affords many wonderful walking opportunities, and the near by village of Sidford has a small selection of local shops, pubs and other amenities, as well local transport links. There are many unspoilt parts to be found in the region, with local heath lands and unspoilt beaches. The near by fishing town of Sidmouth is a popular traditional seaside town situated long the “Jurassic Coast” it hear you will find a much larger selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, is only 2 miles away.
