Keep your eye's peeled
Finding Boswell Farm can be tricky depending on the which Sat Nav you are using.
To avoid all the back lanes and tractors you may find it easier to head towards Sidford and turn off just past the “Blue Ball Pub” onto Harcombe Lane East.
Sign at the end of our drive
A short distance along this road look out for a small road on your right shown in the photo and turn down here.
Follow the lane
Follow this single track lane (there are a couple of pull ins) until you see a turn with rails on the left.
Entrance to the cottages
Look out for the sign in the photo above, this is the entrance to the cottages turn left here.
STOP, DO NOT PASS GO...
If you miss this turning take the next left for the farm house and make your way to the car park customer car park.
Sometimes people miss both of these turnings and end up following the lane to the end.
Please do not knock on the door asking for directions, simply turn round come back down the lane and this time the property will be on your right.
Parking your car
Please do not park outside the cottage the is a large customer car park for you. The parking outside the farm house is for owners use .
Watch your step
Being an old farm it does come with various hazards including uneven ground please watch your step and be carefull when moving round.
Please be quiet
Try and keep noise to a minimum especially when arriving very late so guest have had a busy day exploring.
Machinery
Parts of Boswell is still a working farm please becarefull of moving vehicles and avoid blocking gateways and tracks.
