Finding Boswell Farm can be tricky depending on the which Sat Nav you are using.
To avoid all the back lanes and tractors you may find it easier to head towards Sidford and turn off just past the “Blue Ball Pub” onto Harcombe Lane East.
A short distance along this road look out for a small road on your right shown in the photo
Stop Right There!!
Take the first turning on the left over a small bridge with black rails and a sign “Boswell Farm Cottages”.
You have made it, please find a space and park up.
Please park sensibly you are sharing with other guests.
LOST!! How frustrating here are a few extra tips -
Sometimes people miss the turning and end up following the lane over the cattle grid between pillars to a group of houses one being Knowle House. Please do not knock on the door asking for directions, simply turn round come back down the lane and this time the property will be on your right. Use may notice the main thatched farm house.
Parking your car
Please do not park outside the cottage the is a large customer car park for you. The parking outside the farm house is for owners use .
Machinery
Parts of Boswell is still a working farm please becarefull of moving vehicles and avoid blocking gateways and tracks.
Watch your step
Being an old farm it does come with various hazards including uneven ground please watch your step and becarefull when moving round.
Please be quiet
try and keep noise to a minimum especially when arriving very late so guest have had a busy day exploring.
